8330 Hybrid v438.19.2

The installer has been fixed as of 3/1/11.  If you already downloaded it, Download it again.  This round has the OS preshrunk like it has been in the past (I forgot to do that) and the error when trying to install the 6.1 files has been fixed.  Download the installer below again.

Instructions:
for best results or if you have issues installing:
1. Uninstall all current BlackBerry Device OS installed on your PC
2. Install 5.0.0.438 to PC - Download HERE if needed
3. Install this over 5.0.0.438 folder
4. Run Apploader and install to device
